Acknowledgment and Conditions of Providing Legal Consultation

The Client acknowledges that all information and documents provided to Tadarus Law Firm & Legal Consultancy are accurate and complete, and assumes full responsibility for any errors or omissions therein.

The legal consultation provided by the Firm is valid solely for the Client’s personal use and may not be transferred, shared, or relied upon by any third party.

The consultation is based on the laws and regulations in force at the time it is provided. In the event of any subsequent amendments or changes to the applicable laws, the Firm shall bear no responsibility, and the Client must refer back to the Firm to update the consultation.

The Client acknowledges that the fees paid for the consultation are final and non-refundable for any reason.

The Client agrees that the Firm’s liability is limited strictly to the scope of the consultation provided, based on the information made available by the Client.

The Client undertakes to pay the full consultation fee through the approved electronic payment methods prior to the provision of the service.

The Client acknowledges that the consultation does not constitute a contract for litigation or representation before judicial or governmental authorities, and that any legal representation requires a separate agreement and contract.

The Firm commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information and data provided by the Client and shall not disclose them to any third party except with the Client’s consent or as required by law.

The Client agrees to receive an electronic invoice or an official receipt as proof of payment.

By confirming the service request, the Client is deemed to have agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
